Distinctively Christian Counseling is Christ Centered, Biblically Based, Kingdom Minded and Holy Spirit Led. We are an oasis for women to be healed, refreshed, renewed and reconnected to the Lover of their Souls, Yeshua (Jesus Christ). We provide Online Distinctively Christian Counseling for Christian women using the Holy Scripture (The Word of God) as the foundation of truth.

Our vision is for women's lives to be transformed spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically by Yeshua (Jesus), the Word and the Holy Spirit.

Our mission is to glorify Yeshua by providing women with Christ-Centered Services. Yeshua (Jesus) is the answer to life issues and the only One who truly heals the broken hearts and refreshes the weary soul and mind.

Women are busy like never before and they have the tendency to put others before themselves while neglecting their own spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health. This was never Father God's intention. Many women find themselves like Martha who was preoccupied and distracted with serving and doing for others instead of being like her sister Mary who was preoccupied with making Yeshua (Jesus) her priority. When a woman's priority is out of order, she may feel like she is all over the place, a hot mess, anxious, unstable and unsettled. She may second guess herself and feel like she does not know her purpose in life or feel like she can't hear from God. Does this sound familiar?

I specialize in helping Christian women navigate through life transitions, overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, and unbelief. In addition, I help them to build up their faith in Christ and teach them how to forgive themselves and others.

My goal is to provide an open and safe space where you can share your feelings, explore your challenges, and learn how to navigate life transitions with Christ’s confidence. Whether you're managing the changes of menopause or working to overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, and unbelief, I am here to support you.

As a Christian Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Christian Counselor, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I love helping my clients to grow their faith in Yeshua (Jesus), become the person that He ordained for them to be, and develop the tools to overcome life’s challenges.

We provide Online Christian Counseling for women who struggle with life transitions, life adjustments such as menopause, empty nest, changing jobs, retirement, and symptoms of depression and anxiety. We help women to overcome limited beliefs, victimhood mindset, negative self-perception, the enemy's lies, negative self-talk, and negative thoughts so that they can see themselves as the Daughters of The King and live their lives in a way that honors and glorifies Jesus (Yeshua).

We use an integration approach of counseling that is Christ-Centered, Biblically Based, Prayerful Focused, Holy Spirit led with psychotherapy interventions such as Supportive Counseling, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Psycho-education, and Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for healing, transformation, restoration, and overcoming mental health and life changes.

Biblical Counseling is a Jesus Christ-centered approach designed to help you live as a Daughter of the King in today’s world. Rooted in God’s Word, led by Lord Jesus and the power of His Holy Spirit, this Counseling offers wisdom, healing, and transformation from the Lord Jesus perspective. He is the one who can heal your broken heart and clean you from blemishes, spots, and residues of sins in your life. He is the only one who can give you inner peace beyond your understanding. Lord Jesus is the only one who can transform you from the inside and out and make you glorious for His good pleasure.

Each session is tailored to help you to surrender fully to the Lord Jesus (Adon Yeshua) and allow Him to transform you from the inside and out, strengthen your relationship with Him and grow in your faith , address and heal from unresolved emotional wounds and inner conflicts, and find godly wisdom and solutions for your situations.

All sessions are provided by an online therapy platform that is HIPAA compliant even though Biblical Counseling does not fit under the HIPAA guidelines.
